Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Business Finance: Introduction to Business Finance, Objectives of Financial Management, Financial Terminology and Concepts, Role of a Finance Executive, Relationship Between Finance and Other Functions, Ethical Practices in Finance.

Module 2: Financial Statements and Analysis: Understanding Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, Ratio Analysis, Vertical and Horizontal Analysis, Common-Size Statements, Interpreting Financial Performance.

Module 3: Budgeting and Forecasting: Types of Budgets (Operating, Capital, Cash), Budget Preparation Process, Forecasting Techniques, Variance Analysis, Cost Control and Monitoring, Linking Budgets to Strategic Plans.

Module 4: Working Capital Management: Components of Working Capital, Cash and Liquidity Management, Inventory Management Techniques, Accounts Receivable and Payable Management, Working Capital Financing, Cash Conversion Cycle.

Module 5: Investment and Financing Decisions: Time Value of Money Concepts, Capital Budgeting Techniques (NPV, IRR, Payback), Sources of Finance (Equity, Debt, Hybrid), Cost of Capital, Capital Structure Decisions, Risk and Return Analysis.

Module 6: Financial Reporting and Compliance: Introduction to Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, GAAP), Regulatory and Compliance Requirements, Internal Controls and Audit Readiness, Financial Policies and Procedures, Reporting to Stakeholders, Use of Financial Software and Tools.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
