Objective: The Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to understand, develop, and coach emotional intelligence (EI) in individuals and teams. The program covers the core components of EI—self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills—and how these impact personal and professional effectiveness.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Emotional Intelligence (EI): Definition and components of EI, History and theories of EI, Importance of EI in personal and professional life, Emotional self-awareness, The neuroscience of emotions, Differentiating IQ and EI.

Module 2: Self-Awareness and Self-Management: Recognizing and understanding emotions, Techniques for emotional self-regulation, Managing stress and anxiety, Building resilience, Developing mindfulness practices, Overcoming emotional triggers.

Module 3: Social Awareness and Relationship Management: Empathy and perspective-taking, Recognizing social cues and body language, Effective communication skills, Conflict resolution and negotiation, Building trust and rapport, Influencing and inspiring others.

Module 4: Coaching Skills for Emotional Intelligence: Active listening and powerful questioning, Creating a safe coaching environment, Goal setting and action planning, Using assessments and feedback tools, Motivational interviewing techniques, Handling resistance and setbacks.

Module 5: Applying Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and Teams: Leading with emotional intelligence, Enhancing team collaboration and cohesion, Managing change and uncertainty, Developing emotionally intelligent culture, Coaching leaders for EI growth, Measuring EI impact on performance.

Module 6: Professional Ethics and Continuous Development: Ethical considerations in coaching, Maintaining confidentiality and boundaries, Reflective practice and self-assessment, Building a personal coaching brand, Networking and professional growth, Staying updated with EI research and tools.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
