Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Etiquette and Trainer Responsibilities: Introduction to etiquette and its relevance in modern society, Types of etiquette: social, corporate, international, and digital, Role and responsibilities of a Certified Etiquette & Grooming Trainer, Importance of first impressions and personal branding, Key characteristics of an effective etiquette trainer, Understanding learner needs and customizing training content.

Module 2: Personal Grooming and Hygiene Standards: Principles of personal hygiene and self-care routines, Skincare, haircare, and oral hygiene basics for daily presentation, Dressing for success: wardrobe planning and dress codes, Grooming standards for men and women in different professions, Personal fragrance, accessory use, and professional appearance, Creating grooming routines for different age groups and occasions.

Module 3: Communication and Social Etiquette Skills: Verbal and non-verbal communication essentials, Body language, eye contact, and confident posture, Telephone, email, and digital communication etiquette, Introduction skills, polite conversation, and small talk, Active listening, speaking with clarity, and respectful disagreement, Cross-cultural etiquette and dealing with diverse audiences.

Module 4: Dining and Table Etiquette: Formal and informal dining settings: place settings and table manners, Table behavior: seating, serving, eating, and napkin etiquette, Dos and don’ts during business meals and formal dinners, Understanding global dining customs and multicultural etiquette, Buffet, cocktail, and tea party etiquette, Hosting and attending formal events with grace.

Module 5: Corporate Etiquette and Professional Conduct: Workplace behavior and business etiquette principles, Meeting manners: punctuality, agenda, participation, and follow-up, Office interactions: respecting hierarchy, teamwork, and workspace, Dressing appropriately for different industries and roles, Networking etiquette and professional introductions, Business card exchange, gifting, and protocol adherence.

Module 6: Training Delivery, Coaching, and Business Development: Creating and delivering engaging etiquette and grooming sessions, Using role-play, case studies, and real-life scenarios in training, One-on-one coaching vs. group session techniques, Assessing learner progress and giving constructive feedback, Branding, marketing, and packaging etiquette training services, Career growth, certifications, and continuous professional development.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
  • There is no negative marking in any module.
