Objective: The objective of the Certified Generative AI Engineer course is to equip professionals with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in designing, developing, and deploying advanced generative AI models and applications. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs): Architecture of GANs (generator and discriminator), Types of GANs (DCGAN, CycleGAN, StyleGAN), Training GANs and common challenges, Evaluation metrics for GANs, Applications of GANs in image, video, and text, Improving GAN stability and performance.

Module 3: Variational Autoencoders (VAEs) and Other Models: Understanding VAEs and latent space, Differences between VAEs and GANs, Training and loss functions, Applications of VAEs, Introduction to autoregressive models (GPT, Transformer-based), Comparing generative model types.

Module 4: Data Preparation and Model Training: Data collection and preprocessing for generative tasks, Handling imbalanced and noisy data, Training pipelines and resource optimization, Hyperparameter tuning, Transfer learning and fine-tuning generative models, Avoiding overfitting and mode collapse.

Module 5: Deployment and Integration: Model packaging and serving techniques, Integration with applications and APIs, Scaling generative AI models, Monitoring model performance in production, Ensuring security and compliance, Managing model updates and lifecycle.
