Duration: One Month.

Eligibility: 10+2 Grade (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent is required.

Objective: The Certified Hindi Stenographer (Advanced) course is designed to equip learners with advanced skills in Hindi shorthand, transcription, and real-time stenographic reporting. The course covers speed development in Hindi shorthand (using systems like Pitman or other regional methods), high-accuracy dictation, grammar and vocabulary, transcription formatting, and professional documentation.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Advanced Hindi Shorthand Techniques: Revision of Hindi Stenography Principles (e.g., Pitman or Saral), Speed Building through Regular Dictation Practice, Advanced Word and Phrase Outlines, Handling Complex and Technical Vocabulary, Accuracy in Note-Taking, Dictation Practice at High Speeds (100–120 WPM+).

Module 2: Hindi Transcription and Typing Proficiency: Advanced Hindi Typing Techniques using Unicode and Krutidev Fonts, Formatting Official Government and Legal Documents, Improving Typing Speed and Accuracy, Proofreading and Editing Hindi Transcripts, Use of Transcription Software Tools, Converting Steno Notes to Final Typed Documents.

Module 3: Hindi Grammar and Official Language Usage: Advanced Grammar Rules and Sentence Construction, Vocabulary Building for Administrative and Legal Work, Correct Usage of Punctuation and Spelling, Translation Techniques (English to Hindi and vice versa), Writing Official Letters and Notices in Hindi, Terminology Used in Government Communication.

Module 4: Office Procedures and Administrative Documentation: Drafting Circulars, Notifications, and Office Orders in Hindi, Filing and Record-Keeping Practices, Preparing Meeting Minutes and Reports, Maintaining Confidential Records and Files, Communication through Emails and Letters, Time Management in Office Tasks.

Module 5: Legal and Parliamentary Terminology in Hindi: Legal Terminology Commonly Used in Courts and Government Offices, Stenography for Court Proceedings and Hearings, Drafting Legal Notices, Summons, and Affidavits in Hindi, Transcribing Debates and Parliamentary Sessions, Understanding Judicial Formats and Language, Recording and Formatting Legal Proceedings.

Module 6: Technology, Ethics, and Career Development: Working with Hindi Word Processors and Digital Tools, Using Hindi Typing Software and Steno Aids, Ensuring Data Security and Document Backup, Ethical Conduct and Professional Responsibilities, Preparing for Government and Departmental Exams, Career Opportunities and Skill Enhancement in Hindi Stenography.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
