Objective: The Certified IT Project Manager course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to successfully plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure. The course covers project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall), project planning, risk management, resource allocation, budgeting, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and project monitoring and control. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of IT Project Management: Introduction to Project Management Concepts, Roles and Responsibilities of an IT Project Manager, Project Life Cycle and Phases, Overview of Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban), Key Project Management Terminologies, Project Success Factors and Challenges

Module 2: Project Planning and Scheduling: Defining Project Scope, Objectives, and Deliverables, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Creation, Project Scheduling Techniques (Gantt Charts, PERT, CPM), Resource Allocation and Management, Budgeting and Cost Estimation, Risk Identification and Mitigation Planning

Module 3: Project Execution and Monitoring: Team Formation and Role Assignment, Task Management and Progress Tracking, Quality Management and Standards Compliance, Communication Management within Teams and Stakeholders, Project Monitoring Tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello), Handling Changes and Scope Creep

Module 4: Risk and Stakeholder Management: Identifying and Analyzing Project Risks, Risk Response Planning and Contingency Strategies, Stakeholder Identification and Engagement, Communication Strategies for Stakeholders, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills, Risk Monitoring and Reporting

Module 5: Project Quality, Procurement, and Resource Management: Quality Planning, Assurance, and Control Techniques, Procurement and Vendor Management, Human Resource Planning and Team Motivation, Tools for Resource Optimization, Performance Measurement and Reporting, Lessons Learned Documentation

Module 6: Project Closure, Agile Practices, and Professional Skills: Project Closure and Handover Processes, Documentation and Knowledge Transfer, Agile Project Management Principles and Scrum Implementation, Continuous Improvement and Retrospectives, Leadership and Decision-Making Skills, Case Studies, Career Opportunities, and Emerging Trends in IT Project Management

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
