Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Data Collection and Management: Collecting Data from Digital and Traditional Channels, CRM and Marketing Automation Systems, Data Cleaning and Validation Techniques, Structuring and Organizing Marketing Data, Data Integration Across Platforms, Ensuring Data Quality and Compliance.

Module 3: Analytical Tools and Techniques: Using Excel, SQL, Python, or R for Marketing Analysis, Descriptive and Diagnostic Analytics, Segmentation and Clustering Techniques, A/B Testing and Experiment Design, Predictive Modeling for Customer Behavior, Introduction to Machine Learning in Marketing.

Module 4: Customer and Market Analysis: Customer Segmentation and Profiling, Lifetime Value and Churn Analysis, Customer Journey and Touchpoint Mapping, Attribution Modeling and Conversion Analysis, Market Trends and Competitor Intelligence, Sentiment and Social Media Analysis.

Module 5: Campaign and Channel Performance Analytics: Measuring ROI of Marketing Campaigns, Channel Effectiveness (Email, SEO, SEM, Social Media), Multichannel and Omnichannel Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, Real-Time Dashboards and Reporting, Optimizing Campaigns Based on Data Insights.

Module 6: Data Visualization and Strategic Communication: Principles of Effective Data Visualization, Creating Marketing Dashboards with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau), Presenting Data to Marketing and Executive Teams, Storytelling with Data, Aligning Analytics with Business Goals, Case Studies and Best Practices in Marketing Analytics.

  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
