Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Office Administration: Overview of office administration, Roles and responsibilities of an office executive, Office organization and workflow, Importance of professionalism, Office policies and procedures, Basic office etiquette.

Module 2: Communication and Correspondence: Effective verbal communication skills, Writing professional emails and letters, Telephone etiquette, Managing internal and external communication, Handling customer inquiries, Using office communication tools.

Module 3: Document and Records Management: Filing systems and document organization, Digital document management, Maintaining records and archives, Data entry and database management, Confidentiality and data protection, Document retrieval and distribution.

Module 4: Scheduling and Event Coordination: Managing appointments and calendars, Organizing meetings and events, Travel and logistics arrangements, Coordinating with stakeholders, Time management techniques, Use of scheduling software.

Module 5: Office Technology and Tools: Using office software (MS Office, Google Workspace), Operating office equipment, Basics of office IT troubleshooting, Introduction to office automation, Email and calendar management tools, Digital collaboration platforms.

Module 6: Administrative Support and Financial Basics: Processing invoices and payments, Managing petty cash, Basic bookkeeping and budgeting, Vendor and supplier coordination, Reporting and documentation, Supporting HR activities.
