Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Operations Management: Definition and Scope of Operations Management, Role and Responsibilities of Operations Manager, Operations Strategy and Competitive Priorities, Types of Production Systems, Key Operations Terminology, Trends and Challenges in Operations Management.

Module 2: Process Design and Improvement: Process Mapping and Flowcharting, Capacity Planning, Facility Layout and Design, Process Analysis and Bottleneck Identification, Lean Operations Principles, Continuous Process Improvement Techniques.

Module 3: Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Supply Chain Fundamentals, Inventory Types and Classification, Inventory Control Techniques (EOQ, ABC Analysis), Demand Forecasting Methods, Supplier Relationship Management, Just-in-Time (JIT) and Kanban Systems.

Module 4: Quality Management: Quality Concepts and Definitions, Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Control Tools and Techniques, Six Sigma Fundamentals, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Quality Standards and Certifications.

Module 5: Production Planning and Scheduling: Production Planning Techniques, Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), Shop Floor Scheduling, Performance Measurement in Production.

Module 6: Operations Performance and Technology: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Operations, Operations Audits and Benchmarking, Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement, Role of Technology in Operations (ERP, Automation), Sustainability in Operations, Risk Management in Operations.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
