Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Employee Performance Evaluation: Conducting performance reviews, Feedback techniques and coaching, Managing underperformance, Employee development plans, Legal and ethical considerations, Documentation and record keeping.

Module 4: Performance Improvement Strategies: Identifying performance gaps, Root cause analysis, Continuous improvement methodologies, Training and development interventions, Incentives and motivation, Change management principles.

Module 5: Technology in Performance Management: Performance management software tools, Data analytics and reporting, Automating performance tracking, Using dashboards and visualization, Integrating HRIS with performance systems, Emerging technologies and trends.

Module 6: Leadership and Communication in Performance Management: Effective communication skills, Leading performance-focused teams, Conflict resolution, Building a performance culture, Coaching and mentoring techniques, Stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
