Objective: The Certified Preschool Digital Literacy Educator course is designed to prepare early childhood educators to introduce young learners to foundational digital literacy skills in a safe, developmentally appropriate, and engaging manner. The program covers early technology use principles, digital tools and resources, age-appropriate software, internet safety, and fostering responsible digital habits.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Integrating Technology in Preschool Learning: Age-appropriate digital tools and apps, Selecting safe and educational technology, Blending digital and hands-on learning, Designing tech-enhanced learning activities, Using multimedia for storytelling, Supporting diverse learning needs with technology.

Module 3: Teaching Basic Digital Skills: Introduction to device navigation (tablet, computer), Developing fine motor skills through technology, Understanding simple commands and icons, Encouraging exploration and creativity, Promoting problem-solving with digital tools, Facilitating guided digital play.

Module 4: Safety, Privacy, and Ethical Use of Technology: Online safety principles for young learners, Protecting personal information, Teaching respectful digital behavior, Educator and parental roles in supervision, Recognizing and managing digital risks, Creating a safe digital learning environment.

Module 5: Assessing Digital Literacy Development: Observing and documenting digital skill growth, Using checklists and portfolios, Informal assessments through play, Engaging families in assessment, Using assessment data to guide instruction, Reflecting on teaching practices.
