Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent is required.

Objective: The Certified Process Improvement Officer course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze, design, and enhance business processes for improved efficiency, quality, and performance. The course covers key methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Business Process Reengineering (BPR). 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Process Improvement: Definition and Importance of Process Improvement, Key Concepts and Terminology, Types of Process Improvement Methodologies, Role and Responsibilities of a Process Improvement Officer, Business Process Management Overview, Benefits of Process Improvement.

Module 2: Process Mapping and Analysis: Techniques for Process Mapping (Flowcharts, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping), Identifying Process Inputs and Outputs, Process Analysis Tools, Identifying Bottlenecks and Waste, Root Cause Analysis, Process Performance Metrics.

Module 3: Process Improvement Methodologies: Lean Principles and Tools, Six Sigma Basics, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement, PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Cycle, Total Quality Management (TQM), Choosing the Right Methodology.

Module 4: Data Collection and Measurement: Types of Data in Process Improvement, Data Collection Techniques, Statistical Tools for Process Analysis, Control Charts and Process Capability, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Data-Driven Decision Making.

Module 5: Implementation and Change Management: Developing Improvement Plans, Stakeholder Engagement and Communication, Managing Resistance to Change, Training and Capacity Building, Monitoring Implementation Progress, Sustaining Improvements.

Module 6: Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Evaluating Process Improvement Outcomes, Auditing and Reporting Results, Using Feedback for Further Improvement, Benchmarking Best Practices, Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement, Leveraging Technology for Process Improvement.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
