Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Vocational Skill Development: Overview of vocational education and training, Importance of skill development in the workforce, Types of vocational skills and trades, Role and responsibilities of a skill development officer, National and international skill standards, Ethical and cultural considerations.

Module 2: Needs Assessment and Program Planning: Conducting skill gap analysis, Identifying target groups and stakeholders, Designing vocational training programs, Setting learning objectives and outcomes, Resource planning and management, Monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

Module 3: Curriculum Development and Instructional Design: Developing competency-based curricula, Integrating theoretical and practical components, Selecting appropriate teaching methods, Incorporating technology in training, Designing assessment tools, Ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

Module 4: Training Delivery and Facilitation: Effective instructional techniques, Classroom and workplace-based training, Managing diverse learner groups, Motivational strategies, Handling challenges and conflicts, Ensuring safety and compliance.

Module 5: Collaboration and Partnership Building: Engaging employers and industry partners, Developing apprenticeship and internship programs, Networking with community organizations, Government policies and support schemes, Funding and resource mobilization, Advocacy for vocational training.

Module 6: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement: Tracking trainee progress and outcomes, Using feedback for program improvement, Quality assurance mechanisms, Reporting and documentation, Professional development for trainers and officers, Future trends in vocational skill development.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
