Refund and Return Policy

At Global Skill Development Council of India (GSDCI), we strive to provide quality online skill examinations, certifications, and training services. As our services are delivered digitally and accessed online, please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Examination & Certification Fees

• All fees paid for online examinations, assessments, and certifications are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
• Refunds will not be issued in case of:
  • Change of mind or decision after enrollment.
  • Inability to complete the exam due to personal reasons.
  • Poor internet connectivity, system issues, or device malfunction on the candidate’s side.

2. Duplicate Payment

• In case of duplicate or excess payment due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, If approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

3. Cancellation of Services

• Once an exam slot or certification course is booked, cancellation is not permitted.
• If an examination is postponed or cancelled by GSDCI, candidates will have the option to either:
  • Reschedule the exam, or
  • Claim a full refund of the paid fee.

4. Transfer Policy

• Examination or certification fees are non-transferable to another candidate.
• In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, technical issues on our platform, etc.), rescheduling may be permitted subject to approval.

5. Digital Products (E-Certificates, Study Material, Results)

• Since digital products are delivered instantly via online platforms, no return or refund is applicable once the product is delivered.
• Corrections in name, date of birth, or other details on certificates will be entertained only if reported within 7 days of issuance.
