Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Yoga & Meditation Workshop Facilitator course is designed to train individuals to plan, conduct, and manage yoga and meditation workshops for diverse audiences. The course equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to create engaging, safe, and effective workshop experiences that cater to different age groups, experience levels, and wellness needs.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Yoga & Meditation Facilitation: Definition and purpose of workshops in yoga and meditation, Role and responsibilities of a facilitator, Benefits of workshops for participants, Overview of different types of workshops (corporate, community, wellness), Ethical and professional guidelines, Understanding participant needs and expectations
Module 2: Foundations of Yoga & Meditation Practices: History and philosophy of yoga and meditation, Various styles and techniques, Physical, mental, and emotional benefits, Anatomy and physiology basics relevant to practice, Safety considerations and contraindications, Mindfulness, breathing, and relaxation techniques
Module 3: Workshop Planning & Curriculum Design: Designing workshop objectives and learning outcomes, Structuring sessions and timing, Selecting appropriate yoga and meditation practices, Creating engaging activities and exercises, Preparing participant materials and handouts, Integrating physical, mental, and mindfulness components
Module 4: Facilitation Skills & Methodology: Effective communication and presentation skills, Guiding participants safely through practices, Managing group dynamics and participant diversity, Encouraging engagement and participation, Handling questions, challenges, and conflicts, Adapting techniques for different skill levels and needs
Module 5: Participant Experience & Well-being: Creating a safe and inclusive environment, Stress management and relaxation techniques, Techniques for enhancing focus, concentration, and mindfulness, Supporting emotional and mental well-being, Monitoring participant progress and feedback, Motivating participants for continued practice
Module 6: Workshop Implementation & Evaluation: Scheduling and logistical management, Conducting in-person and online workshops, Collaboration with organizations and wellness centers, Collecting feedback and assessing outcomes, Continuous improvement of workshops, Documentation, reporting, and professional development
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
