Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Hotel Manager (Full Service) course is designed to develop professionals capable of managing all aspects of a full-service hotel efficiently and profitably. The course covers operational management, guest services, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, front office, finance, human resources, marketing, and revenue management.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2:Operations and Front Office Management: Front Office Procedures, Reservations and Check-in/Check-out, Housekeeping Management, Guest Services and Concierge, Maintenance and Facility Management, Operational Standards and Quality Control
Module 3:Food and Beverage Management: Restaurant and Banquet Operations, Menu Planning and Food Costing, Beverage Management, Kitchen Operations and Hygiene, Catering and Event Management, Customer Service in F&B
Module 4:Human Resource and Leadership Management: Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Leadership Styles and Team Motivation, Conflict Resolution and Communication, Employee Engagement and Retention, Legal Compliance and Labor Laws
Module 5:Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management: Hotel Marketing Strategies, Sales Techniques and Promotions, Digital Marketing for Hotels, Revenue Management and Pricing, Customer Relationship Management, Brand Building and Reputation Management
