Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Healthcare Facility Management: Overview of healthcare facility management, Roles and responsibilities of a facility manager, Types of healthcare facilities, Legal and regulatory framework, Importance of operational efficiency and patient safety, Ethical and professional standards in facility management

Module 2: Healthcare Facility Operations: Planning and organizing daily operations, Workflow and process optimization, Maintenance of infrastructure and utilities, Cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene management, Safety and emergency preparedness, Compliance with operational standards

Module 3: Human Resource and Staff Management: Recruitment, training, and development of facility staff, Performance evaluation and appraisal, Scheduling and workforce allocation, Team building and leadership skills, Conflict resolution and communication, Occupational health and safety for staff

Module 4: Equipment and Resource Management: Maintenance and lifecycle management of medical and non-medical equipment, Inventory control and stock management, Procurement procedures and vendor management, Cost control and resource optimization, Documentation and reporting, Ensuring equipment safety and regulatory compliance

Module 5: Financial and Administrative Management: Budgeting and financial planning for facility operations, Billing and cost management, Record keeping and reporting, Contract and vendor management, Resource allocation and utilization, Financial compliance and auditing

Module 6: Quality, Technology, and Risk Management: Quality assurance and continuous improvement, Implementation of facility management software, Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Risk assessment and mitigation strategies, Emergency and disaster preparedness, Compliance with accreditation and safety standards

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
