The course covers advanced fire prevention techniques, safety protocols, risk assessment, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Fire & Safety Management: Fire chemistry and combustion process, Classes of fire and fire behavior, Fire risk assessment and hazard identification, Fire prevention principles, Workplace safety culture, Basic safety terminology and concepts

Module 2: Fire Prevention, Protection & Emergency Response: Workplace fire hazards identification, Fire detection and alarm systems, Fire suppression systems (extinguishers, sprinklers, hydrants), Hot work and ignition source control, Emergency action planning, Evacuation and assembly point management

Module 3: Industrial Safety & Compliance: Occupational health and safety policies, Legal and regulatory compliance, Permit-to-work systems, Accident/incident reporting and investigation, Safety audits and inspections, Safety documentation and record keeping

Module 4: ESG & Sustainability Principles in Safety Management: Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) framework overview, Integration of safety into sustainability strategies, Energy efficiency and resource management in safety operations, Waste management and pollution control, Sustainable workplace practices, ESG reporting and compliance

Module 5: Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Hazard identification and risk assessment, Control measures for chemical, electrical, and mechanical hazards, Incident prevention and mitigation strategies, Monitoring and evaluation of safety performance, Continuous improvement methodologies, Safety performance metrics and reporting

Module 6: Firefighting Operations & Practical Skills: Types and use of firefighting equipment, Firefighting tactics for different fire classes, Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), Search and rescue techniques, Fire drills and live simulation exercises, Post-incident evaluation and recovery

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
