Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Information Security Manager course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to manage, design, and oversee an enterprise’s information security program effectively. The course covers information security governance, risk management, incident management, program development, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Information Security Governance: Establishing an information security strategy, Aligning security with business objectives, Risk management framework, Security policies and procedures, Roles and responsibilities of management, Performance measurement and reporting

Module 2: Information Risk Management: Risk assessment and analysis, Threat and vulnerability management, Business impact analysis, Risk treatment and mitigation strategies, Risk monitoring and reporting, Regulatory and compliance requirements

Module 3: Information Security Program Development and Management: Developing security programs, Implementation of security policies, Security awareness and training, Security resource management, Budgeting and cost management, Integration with enterprise architecture

Module 4: Information Security Incident Management: Incident response planning, Detection and reporting of incidents, Investigation and analysis, Containment, eradication, and recovery, Lessons learned and process improvement, Communication and coordination during incidents

Module 5: Information Security Operations: Operational security controls, Network and system security management, Identity and access management, Data protection strategies, Monitoring and auditing, Change and configuration management

Module 6: Information Security Compliance and Governance: Regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), Security standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST), Internal and external audits, Policy enforcement and review, Legal and ethical considerations, Continuous improvement and governance reporting

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
