Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Occupational Health Technician course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to support workplace health and safety programs. The course covers occupational health principles, hazard identification, safety protocols, first aid, ergonomics, health screenings, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Occupational Health: Overview of Occupational Health, Role of an Occupational Health Technician, Key Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Workplace Health and Safety, Types of Occupational Hazards, Challenges in Occupational Health Management

Module 2: Workplace Safety and Risk Management: Identifying Workplace Hazards, Risk Assessment Techniques, Safety Protocols and Procedures, Accident Prevention Strategies, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Safety Audits and Inspections

Module 3: Occupational Health Monitoring and Screening: Conducting Employee Health Assessments, Biometric Screening and Vital Signs Measurement, Exposure Monitoring (Chemical, Biological, Physical), Record-Keeping and Documentation, Reporting Health Concerns, Follow-Up and Referrals

Module 4: Ergonomics and Injury Prevention: Principles of Ergonomics, Workstation and Equipment Assessment, Preventing Musculoskeletal Disorders, Implementing Ergonomic Programs, Employee Training on Safe Practices, Monitoring and Evaluating Ergonomic Interventions

Module 5: Regulatory Compliance and Workplace Standards: Understanding Occupational Health Laws and Regulations, OSHA and International Standards, Compliance Audits and Reporting, Record-Keeping and Documentation Standards, Ethical Practices in Occupational Health, Collaboration with Regulatory Authorities

Module 6: Professional Practice and Career Development: Leadership and Team Collaboration in Occupational Health, Strategic Planning for Health Programs, Continuous Improvement and Innovation, Communication with Employees and Management, Quality Assurance Practices, Career Growth and Professional Advancement

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
