Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Environmental Health Technician course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and manage environmental factors that impact public health. The course covers areas such as water and air quality, waste management, sanitation, food safety, occupational health, environmental regulations, and hazard identification.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Environmental Health: Overview of Environmental Health, Role of an Environmental Health Technician, Key Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Environmental Health in Public Safety, Types of Environmental Hazards, Challenges in Environmental Health Management

Module 2: Environmental Science and Public Health Basics: Fundamentals of Environmental Science, Human Health and the Environment, Ecology and Ecosystem Interactions, Environmental Pollution and Contaminants, Water and Air Quality Basics, Soil and Food Safety

Module 3: Environmental Health Inspections and Monitoring: Conducting Environmental Inspections, Sampling Techniques for Air, Water, and Soil, Assessing Sanitation and Hygiene, Identifying Health Hazards, Recording and Reporting Findings, Compliance with Health Standards

Module 4: Occupational and Community Health Safety: Workplace Health and Safety Protocols, Preventing Occupational Hazards, Community Health Risk Assessment, Emergency Response and Preparedness, Waste Management and Hazardous Materials, Safety Equipment and Protective Measures

Module 5: Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Policies: Understanding Environmental Laws and Regulations, Local and International Health Standards, Licensing and Certification Requirements, Ethical Practices in Environmental Health, Reporting and Documentation, Collaboration with Regulatory Authorities
