Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Hospitality Supervisor course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively supervise and manage teams in hospitality settings, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other service establishments. The course covers leadership principles, staff management, operational oversight, service quality standards, conflict resolution, and guest relations.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Leadership and Team Management: Supervising Frontline Staff, Team Building and Motivation, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Delegation and Task Management, Conflict Resolution Techniques, Performance Monitoring and Feedback
Module 3: Guest Services and Front Office Supervision: Ensuring Exceptional Guest Experiences, Front Desk Operations Oversight, Handling Guest Complaints and Feedback, Managing VIP and Special Guests, Coordination with Concierge Services, Maintaining Service Standards
Module 4: Housekeeping and Facility Oversight: Supervising Housekeeping Operations, Room and Facility Inspections, Coordination with Maintenance and Other Departments, Inventory and Resource Management, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance, Quality Control and Standards Enforcement
Module 5: Food & Beverage and Event Supervision: Supervising Restaurant and Bar Operations, Event and Banquet Oversight, Ensuring Service Excellence, Menu and Presentation Standards, Cost Control and Resource Optimization, Staff Training and Development
Module 6: Professional Practice and Strategic Operations: Ethical Practices and Professional Standards, Strategic Planning for Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Innovation, Reporting and Documentation, Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration, Career Development and Professional Growth

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
