Objective: The Professional Diploma in Front Desk Management is designed to provide students with practical knowledge of reception management, customer handling, professional communication, and administrative procedures. It focuses on developing skills in visitor management, telephone etiquette, appointment scheduling, documentation, and the use of modern office tools for efficient front desk operations. The course prepares learners to manage front office responsibilities effectively and develop professional skills required for careers in reception, hospitality, and administrative support roles.

Duration: 6 Months / 370 Hours

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Front Desk Management: Introduction to Front Desk Operations, Role and Responsibilities of Front Desk Executive, Front Office Organization Structure, Professional Etiquette and Grooming Standards, Customer Service Principles, Visitor Management Procedures, Front Desk Setup and Maintenance, Workplace Communication Skills, Time Management Techniques, Office Safety and Security.

Module 2: Communication and Guest Handling Skills: Verbal Communication Skills, Written Communication Skills, Telephone Handling Techniques, Email Communication, Customer Greeting and Reception Skills, Guest Inquiry Management, Complaint Handling Techniques, Conflict Resolution Skills, Interpersonal Skills Development, Professional Communication Etiquette.

Module 3: Computer Applications and Front Office Technology: Computer Fundamentals, Operating System Basics, Microsoft Office Applications, Data Entry and Record Management, Email and Internet Applications, Front Desk Management Software, Visitor Management Systems, Digital Documentation, Online Appointment Scheduling, Basic Computer Troubleshooting.

Module 4: Reception and Administrative Procedures: Appointment Scheduling and Coordination, Visitor Registration and Documentation, Call Management System, Mail and Courier Handling, Meeting Room Management, Office Filing Systems, Travel Arrangement Support, Inventory and Stationery Management, Daily Front Desk Reporting, Administrative Support Services.

Module 5: Customer Relationship and Service Management: Customer Relationship Management, Hospitality and Service Standards, Client Interaction Techniques, Customer Satisfaction Management, Feedback Collection and Analysis, Professional Problem Solving, Handling Difficult Customers, Service Quality Improvement, Team Coordination Skills, Workplace Relationship Management.

Module 6: Professional Development and Practical Training: Personality Development, Business English Skills, Interview Preparation, Resume Writing Skills, Leadership and Teamwork, Stress Management Techniques, Workplace Grooming and Presentation, Front Desk Practical Training, Project Work and Documentation, Viva Voce and Final Assessment.
