Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to IT Governance and Frameworks: Definition and objectives of IT governance, Importance of IT governance in organizations, Relationship between IT governance and corporate governance, Key principles of effective IT governance, Overview of popular frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500), Aligning IT with business goals.

Module 2: IT Governance Structures and Roles: IT governance organizational structures, Roles and responsibilities of the board and executives, CIO and IT governance leadership, Establishing IT steering committees, Accountability and decision-making processes, Governance of enterprise IT architecture.

Module 3: Strategic Alignment and Value Delivery: IT strategic planning and business alignment, Portfolio and program management, Realizing value from IT investments, Managing IT demand and prioritization, Business case development and evaluation, KPIs and value measurement techniques.

Module 4: Risk Management and Compliance: IT risk identification and assessment, Risk management frameworks and tools, IT compliance and regulatory requirements, Data privacy and protection laws, Cybersecurity governance, Integration of risk and compliance in governance.

Module 5: Performance Measurement and Resource Management: IT performance metrics and dashboards, Balanced scorecard for IT, Benchmarking and continuous improvement, Human resource management in IT, IT financial management and budgeting, Optimizing use of IT assets and resources.

Module 6: Governance Frameworks, Audits and Maturity Models: Detailed overview of COBIT principles and components, ISO/IEC 38500 governance model, ITIL governance practices, IT governance maturity models and assessments, IT audit and control mechanisms, Roadmap for implementing IT governance.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
