Objective: The Certified Blended Learning Facilitator course is designed to equip educators and trainers with the knowledge and skills to effectively design, implement, and manage blended learning environments that combine traditional face-to-face instruction with online learning. The course covers instructional design principles, technology integration, learner engagement strategies, assessment methods, and the use of digital tools to enhance learning experiences.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Blended Learning: Definition and models of blended learning, Benefits and challenges of blended learning, Key principles and best practices, Roles of facilitators and learners, Understanding learner-centered approaches, Overview of technology in blended learning.

Module 2: Designing Blended Learning Programs: Instructional design theories for blended learning, Aligning objectives with learning outcomes, Selecting appropriate blend of online and face-to-face, Developing engaging learning activities, Creating flexible learning paths, Incorporating accessibility and inclusivity.

Module 3: Technology Tools and Platforms: Learning management systems (LMS) overview, Collaboration and communication tools, Content creation and multimedia integration, Assessment tools and analytics, Mobile and adaptive technologies, Ensuring digital security and privacy.

Module 4: Facilitating Online and Face-to-Face Learning: Strategies for effective online facilitation, Managing synchronous and asynchronous sessions, Encouraging learner engagement and motivation, Supporting diverse learner needs, Building community and collaboration, Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback.

Module 5: Assessment and Evaluation in Blended Learning: Designing formative and summative assessments, Using technology for assessment, Analyzing learner data and feedback, Adapting instruction based on assessment results, Ensuring academic integrity, Continuous program evaluation and improvement.

Module 6: Implementing and Sustaining Blended Learning: Change management and stakeholder engagement, Training and supporting educators, Addressing challenges and resistance, Scaling blended learning initiatives, Policies and compliance considerations, Future trends in blended learning facilitation.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
