Objective: The Certified Learner Feedback Consultant course is designed to equip education professionals with the skills and knowledge to design, implement, and analyze effective learner feedback systems. The course covers principles of feedback, data collection methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis, learner engagement strategies, and the use of feedback to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Learner Feedback: Importance of learner feedback in education, Types of learner feedback (formative, summative, peer, self), Principles of effective feedback, Role of feedback in learning improvement, Ethical considerations in collecting feedback, Challenges in learner feedback processes.
Module 2: Designing Learner Feedback Systems: Identifying feedback objectives, Developing feedback tools and instruments, Survey and questionnaire design, Selecting appropriate feedback methods, Incorporating technology in feedback collection, Ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
Module 3: Data Collection and Management: Effective strategies for collecting learner feedback, Sampling techniques, Ensuring data reliability and validity, Managing and storing feedback data securely, Addressing response bias, Ethical data handling practices.
Module 4: Analyzing Learner Feedback Data: Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, Using statistical software for analysis, Interpreting feedback results, Identifying trends and patterns, Reporting findings in clear, actionable formats, Addressing conflicting or negative feedback.
Module 5: Utilizing Feedback to Improve Learning: Translating feedback into actionable recommendations, Engaging educators and learners in feedback discussions, Integrating feedback into curriculum and instruction, Monitoring changes and impact, Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, Communicating improvements to stakeholders.
