Objective: The Certified Blended Learning Curriculum Designer course is designed to equip educators, instructional designers, and corporate trainers with the skills to create effective and engaging blended learning programs that combine face-to-face instruction with digital learning components. The program covers instructional design models (such as ADDIE and SAM), learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, content curation, integration of e-learning tools and platforms, learner engagement strategies, and assessment methods.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Blended Learning: Definition and key concepts of blended learning, Benefits and challenges of blended learning models, Comparing traditional, online, and blended approaches, Understanding different blended learning models (rotation, flex, flipped), Identifying learners’ needs in a blended environment, Aligning blended learning with organizational or academic goals.

Module 2: Curriculum Planning and Design Principles: Setting learning objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy, Backward design and curriculum mapping, Aligning content with learning outcomes, Selecting content delivery methods (online vs in-person), Integrating formative and summative assessments, Planning for accessibility and inclusivity.

Module 3: Designing Online Learning Components: Choosing the right e-learning tools and platforms, Creating engaging asynchronous content (videos, readings, quizzes), Designing synchronous online sessions, Developing interactive multimedia elements, Encouraging self-paced learning and autonomy, Ensuring user-friendly navigation and structure.

Module 4: Designing Face-to-Face and Experiential Components: Planning classroom-based activities that complement online content, Facilitating hands-on learning and collaboration, Incorporating case studies, role plays, and simulations, Strategies for effective in-person engagement, Bridging online and offline learning, Managing classroom logistics and timing.

Module 5: Technology Integration and Tools: Selecting learning management systems (LMS), Using authoring tools and content development software, Incorporating collaborative tools (forums, chats, wikis), Leveraging analytics to monitor learner progress, Ensuring mobile compatibility and offline access, Data privacy and security in blended environments.

Module 6: Evaluation, Feedback, and Continuous Improvement: Assessing learner performance and engagement, Collecting feedback from learners and instructors, Analyzing learning data for improvements, Revising curriculum based on evaluation results, Staying updated with blended learning trends and innovations, Building a culture of continuous improvement.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
