Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Performance Improvement Coaching: Introduction to performance improvement, Roles and responsibilities of a coach, Understanding performance gaps, Goal setting and alignment, Coaching ethics and confidentiality, Building trust and rapport.

Module 2: Assessment and Analysis Techniques: Conducting performance assessments, Using data and metrics to identify issues, Root cause analysis, Feedback collection methods, Analyzing team vs individual performance, Utilizing assessment tools and surveys.

Module 3: Coaching Strategies and Models: Overview of coaching models (GROW, SMART, CLEAR), Developing personalized coaching plans, Motivational techniques, Active listening and powerful questioning, Handling resistance and barriers, Encouraging accountability.

Module 4: Skill Development and Training: Identifying skill gaps, Designing effective training interventions, Facilitating learning sessions, Incorporating adult learning principles, Measuring skill acquisition, Supporting continuous development.

Module 5: Monitoring and Evaluating Progress: Setting performance indicators, Tracking coaching outcomes, Using performance dashboards, Providing constructive feedback, Adjusting coaching plans as needed, Reporting progress to stakeholders.

Module 6: Sustaining Performance Improvement: Building a culture of continuous improvement, Empowering self-coaching and reflection, Developing resilience and adaptability, Leveraging technology for performance management, Strategies for long-term success, Ethical considerations in coaching.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
  • There is no negative marking in any module.
