Objective: The Certified CRM Data Entry Assistant course is designed to equip learners with the skills to accurately enter, update, and manage customer data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The course covers CRM fundamentals, data entry best practices, data quality control, database maintenance, and using CRM software tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 4: Data Management and Maintenance:Duplicate Detection and Merging Records, Data Cleansing and Updating, Backup Procedures, Managing Data Access Permissions, Handling Sensitive Customer Information, Scheduling Regular Data Audits.

Module 5: Reporting and Analytics Basics: Generating Standard Reports, Understanding CRM Dashboards, Using Data for Customer Insights, Exporting Data for Analysis, Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams, Tracking Data Entry Performance Metrics.
