Objective: The Certified PR Administrative Assistant course is designed to equip professionals with the skills necessary to support public relations (PR) teams in managing communication, media relations, and event coordination. The course covers PR fundamentals, drafting press releases, managing media contacts, scheduling interviews and events, monitoring media coverage, and maintaining PR databases. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Public Relations (PR): Basics of Public Relations and Its Importance, Roles and Responsibilities of a PR Administrative Assistant, Understanding PR Campaigns and Strategies, Key PR Terminology, Overview of Media and Communication Channels, Ethical Standards in PR.

Module 2: PR Planning and Coordination: Assisting in PR Campaign Planning, Scheduling and Organizing PR Events, Managing Press Releases and Media Kits, Coordinating with Media and Stakeholders, Maintaining PR Calendars, Budget Support and Expense Tracking.

Module 3: Communication and Media Relations: Handling Incoming Media Inquiries, Preparing Communication Materials, Managing Contact Lists and Media Databases, Supporting Social Media Management, Drafting Internal and External Communications, Monitoring Media Coverage.

Module 4: Content Management and Documentation: Assisting in Content Creation and Editing, Organizing Press Releases and Articles, Managing PR Documentation and Archives, Supporting Presentation Preparation, Tracking PR Materials Distribution, Ensuring Brand Consistency.

Module 5: Reporting and Analytics: Collecting PR Campaign Data and Feedback, Assisting in Media Monitoring Reports, Using Basic PR Analytics Tools, Preparing Status and Performance Reports, Identifying PR Trends and Insights, Supporting Post-Campaign Evaluation.

Module 6: Professional Skills and Development: Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Time Management and Multitasking, Problem Solving in PR Context, Maintaining Confidentiality and Professionalism, Adapting to Changing PR Environments, Career Growth in PR Administration.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
