Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Workplace Wellness: Definition and Scope of Workplace Wellness, Role of a Workplace Wellness & Stress Support Officer, Importance of Employee Well-being in Organizational Success, Key Components of a Wellness Program, Common Workplace Health Issues, Legal and Ethical Considerations in Wellness Programs.

Module 2: Understanding Workplace Stress: Types and Sources of Workplace Stress, Psychological and Physical Effects of Stress, Identifying Stress Indicators in Employees, Impact of Stress on Productivity and Morale, Stress in Remote and Hybrid Work Environments, Occupational Burnout and Its Prevention.

Module 3: Designing Wellness and Stress Management Programs: Conducting Employee Wellness Needs Assessments, Setting Goals and Objectives for Wellness Initiatives, Developing Mental Health and Stress Reduction Activities, Integrating Physical Wellness Programs, Budgeting and Resource Allocation for Wellness Programs, Aligning Programs with Organizational Policies.

Module 4: Implementation and Engagement Strategies: Launching Wellness Campaigns and Initiatives, Encouraging Participation and Employee Buy-in, Use of Wellness Portals and Mobile Apps, Managing Wellness Events and Activities, Collaboration with HR and External Experts, Communication and Marketing of Wellness Programs.

Module 5: Counseling and Support Techniques: Active Listening and Empathetic Communication, Providing Basic Stress and Mental Health Support, When and How to Refer to Professionals, Peer Support and Group Interventions, Conflict Resolution and Emotional Intelligence, Creating a Safe and Inclusive Environment.

Module 6: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement: Setting Wellness KPIs and Success Metrics, Collecting Feedback and Measuring Impact, Reporting Wellness Outcomes to Management, Adapting Programs Based on Data and Trends, Staying Updated with Wellness Research and Policies, Building a Culture of Continuous Well-being.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
