Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Vendor Relations: Role and Responsibilities of a Vendor Relations Coordinator, Importance of Vendor Management, Types of Vendors and Suppliers, Understanding Vendor Lifecycle, Key Terminologies in Vendor Relations, Overview of Vendor Management Frameworks.

Module 2: Vendor Selection and Onboarding: Vendor Sourcing Strategies, Evaluating Vendor Capabilities, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) Processes, Vendor Qualification and Approval, Contract Negotiation Basics, Vendor Onboarding Procedures.

Module 3: Communication and Relationship Building: Effective Communication Techniques with Vendors, Building Long-Term Vendor Relationships, Managing Vendor Expectations, Conflict Resolution Strategies, Vendor Performance Feedback, Cultural and Ethical Considerations.

Module 4: Vendor Performance Management: Setting Vendor Performance Metrics and KPIs, Monitoring and Evaluating Vendor Performance, Conducting Vendor Audits, Handling Non-Compliance and Performance Issues, Continuous Improvement with Vendors, Reporting Performance to Stakeholders.

Module 5: Contract Management and Compliance:Understanding Contract Terms and Conditions, Managing Contract Lifecycles, Ensuring Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements, Renewal and Termination Processes, Documentation and Record Keeping, Risk Management in Vendor Contracts.

Module 6: Technology and Best Practices in Vendor Management: Utilizing Vendor Management Software and Tools, Automation in Vendor Relations, Data Security and Privacy in Vendor Management, Best Practices for Cost Control and Efficiency, Trends in Vendor Relations, Professional Development and Networking Opportunities.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
