Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Organizational Development (OD): Definition and Importance of OD, History and Evolution of OD, Key OD Theories and Models, Role and Responsibilities of an OD Officer, OD vs. Change Management, Ethical Considerations in OD.

Module 2: Diagnosing Organizational Issues: Organizational Assessment Techniques, Data Collection Methods (Surveys, Interviews, Focus Groups), SWOT and Gap Analysis, Identifying Organizational Culture, Analyzing Systems and Processes, Stakeholder Analysis.

Module 3: Designing and Planning OD Interventions: Types of OD Interventions (Team Building, Process Consultation), Setting OD Goals and Objectives, Intervention Planning and Strategy Development, Change Readiness Assessment, Communication Planning, Resource Allocation.

Module 4: Implementing OD Interventions: Facilitating Change and Development Activities, Managing Resistance to Change, Coaching and Mentoring Techniques, Leadership Development Programs, Conflict Resolution Approaches, Monitoring Intervention Progress.

Module 5: Evaluating OD Effectiveness: Criteria for Evaluating OD Interventions, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Feedback Mechanisms, Measuring Impact on Performance and Culture, Reporting and Documentation, Continuous Improvement Strategies.

Module 6: OD Tools and Emerging Trends: Use of Technology in OD (Surveys, Analytics), Appreciative Inquiry, Action Research, Agile OD Practices, Diversity and Inclusion in OD, Future Trends in Organizational Development.
