Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Business Negotiation: Definition and importance of negotiation in business, Types of business negotiations, Phases of the negotiation process, Characteristics of effective negotiators, Ethics and professionalism in negotiation, Common challenges and misconceptions.

Module 2: Negotiation Strategies and Styles: Distributive vs integrative negotiation, Competitive and collaborative approaches, Identifying and adapting to negotiation styles, Strategic preparation and planning, ZOPA and BATNA concepts, Win-win negotiation techniques.

Module 3: Communication and Influence in Negotiation: Active listening and questioning skills, Non-verbal communication and body language, Building rapport and trust, Persuasion and influence techniques, Managing emotions and conflict, Framing and reframing tactics.

Module 4: Negotiation Planning and Preparation: Setting clear objectives and priorities, Stakeholder analysis and role definition, Researching the other party’s interests and positions, Developing a negotiation plan, Identifying potential concessions and trade-offs, Scenario planning and rehearsal.

Module 5: Managing the Negotiation Process: Opening offers and anchoring, Tactics for making and countering proposals, Handling objections and resistance, Managing impasses and deadlocks, Closing and agreement techniques, Documenting negotiation outcomes.

Module 6: Complex and Cross-Cultural Negotiations: Negotiating in multi-party and team settings, Cross-cultural negotiation dynamics, Virtual and remote negotiations, Legal and contractual considerations, Post-negotiation relationship management, Case studies and best practices in global negotiations.
