Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Team Leadership: Role and responsibilities of a team leader, Leadership styles and their impact, Building trust and credibility, Understanding team dynamics, Emotional intelligence in leadership, Ethical leadership principles.

Module 2: Communication Skills for Leaders: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication, Active listening techniques, Giving and receiving feedback, Managing difficult conversations, Cross-cultural communication, Communication in virtual teams.

Module 3: Team Building and Motivation: Stages of team development, Strategies for team building, Motivational theories and application, Recognizing and rewarding performance, Managing diverse teams, Encouraging collaboration and innovation.

Module 4: Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving: Identifying sources of conflict, Conflict resolution styles and techniques, Mediation and negotiation skills, Problem-solving frameworks, Decision-making processes, Managing stress and emotions during conflict.

Module 5: Planning and Delegation: Goal setting and prioritization, Time management techniques, Effective delegation principles, Monitoring progress and accountability, Resource allocation, Adapting plans to changing circumstances.

Module 6: Performance Management and Development: Setting performance expectations, Conducting performance appraisals, Coaching and mentoring team members, Identifying training needs, Managing underperformance, Promoting continuous learning and growth.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.

  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
