Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Total Quality Management: Definition and evolution of TQM, Principles and philosophy of TQM, Contributions of quality gurus (Deming, Juran, Crosby, Ishikawa), Core concepts: customer focus, continuous improvement, teamwork, Differences between traditional management and TQM, Benefits and challenges in implementing TQM.

Module 2: Strategic Quality Management: Integrating quality into strategic planning, Voice of the customer (VOC) and customer satisfaction measurement, Quality policy and objectives alignment, Competitive benchmarking and performance metrics, Strategic deployment through Hoshin Kanri, Quality as a source of competitive advantage.

Module 3: TQM Tools and Techniques: Seven basic tools of quality (Check sheets, Histograms, Pareto charts, Cause-and-effect diagrams, Control charts, Scatter diagrams, Flowcharts), New management tools (Affinity diagrams, Tree diagrams, Matrix diagrams), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process mapping and analysis.

Module 4: Quality Standards and Certifications: Overview of ISO 9001 and other quality standards, Implementation of quality management systems (QMS), Documentation requirements and quality manual, Internal audit planning and execution, Third-party certification process, Continual improvement in certified organizations.

Module 5: Human Resource Involvement in TQM: Role of leadership and top management in TQM, Teamwork, employee involvement and empowerment, Training and development for quality awareness, Change management and overcoming resistance, Motivation and reward systems for quality performance, Quality circles and cross-functional teams.

Module 6: TQM Implementation and Case Studies: Steps and models for TQM implementation, Identifying critical success factors, Measuring and analyzing quality performance, Case studies of successful TQM implementation in various industries, Pitfalls and lessons learned from failures, Sustaining TQM in the long term through continuous improvem.
