Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Contract Law: Definition and Essentials of a Valid Contract, Types of Contracts (Bilateral, Unilateral, Express, Implied), Sources of Contract Law (Common Law, Statute, International Conventions), Legal Capacity to Contract, Offer and Acceptance Principles, Consideration and Intention to Create Legal Relations.

Module 2: Contract Drafting and Structure: Standard Clauses in Commercial Contracts, Boilerplate Clauses and Their Purpose, Key Terms and Conditions in Contracts, Contract Schedules and Annexures, Language and Style in Legal Drafting, Common Errors in Drafting and How to Avoid Them.

Module 3: Contract Negotiation and Formation: Pre-contractual Negotiations and Letters of Intent, Techniques for Successful Contract Negotiation, Role of Lawyers and Managers in Negotiation, Negotiation Ethics and Best Practices, Electronic Contracts and E-signatures, Cultural and International Aspects of Contracting.

Module 4: Contract Performance and Risk Management: Performance Obligations and Delivery Terms, Timeframes, Delays and Penalties, Risk Identification and Mitigation in Contracts, Contractual Remedies and Indemnity Clauses, Force Majeure and Frustration of Contract, Role of Contract Manager in Performance Monitoring.

Module 5: Breach, Dispute Resolution and Termination: Types of Breach and Legal Consequences, Contract Termination Clauses and Exit Strategies, Liquidated Damages and Penalties, Dispute Resolution Methods (Litigation, Arbitration, Mediation), Enforceability of Judgments and Awards, Drafting Effective Dispute Resolution Clauses.

Module 6: Specialized Contracts and Compliance: Government and Public Sector Contracts, Employment and Service Contracts, Construction and Procurement Contracts, International and Cross-border Contracts, Regulatory Compliance in Contract Management, Contract Audits and Documentation Standards.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
