Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Definition and distinction between diversity, equity, and inclusion, Historical and social context of DEI in the workplace, The business case for DEI: productivity, innovation, and culture, Types of diversity: visible and invisible dimensions, Intersectionality and its impact on inclusion, Global vs. local perspectives in DEI implementation.

Module 2: Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Mindsets: Understanding unconscious bias and microaggressions, Common workplace biases and their impact, Strategies to recognize and interrupt bias, Building inclusive attitudes and empathy, Role of emotional intelligence in DEI, Training models for bias mitigation and inclusive behavior.

Module 3: Creating Inclusive Policies and Practices: Auditing existing HR policies through a DEI lens, Inclusive recruitment and onboarding strategies, Equitable performance evaluation and promotion systems, Accessible workplace policies (gender-neutral, disability-friendly, etc.), Inclusive language and communication guidelines, Designing inclusive benefits and wellness programs.

Module 4: Leadership, Accountability, and Culture Building: Role of leadership in driving DEI culture, Building accountability through metrics and reporting, Developing ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and affinity networks, Embedding DEI into organizational values and mission, DEI champions and change agents across departments, Recognizing and addressing resistance to DEI initiatives.

Module 5: Measurement, Data, and Continuous Improvement: Establishing DEI metrics and KPIs, Collecting and analyzing demographic and climate survey data, Benchmarking and best practices from industry leaders, Using feedback loops to improve inclusion outcomes, Legal and ethical considerations in DEI data collection, Creating dashboards and DEI impact reports.

Module 6: DEI Communication, Training, and Strategic Planning: Internal and external DEI communication strategies, Designing impactful DEI training programs, Crisis response and inclusive communication, Building a long-term DEI strategy and roadmap, Partnering with external stakeholders and communities, Sustaining DEI progress through innovation and policy evolution.
