The course covers banking products and services, branch operations, customer relationship management, compliance with banking regulations, risk management, cash handling, and documentation processes.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Banking Administration: Overview of banking industry and its structure, Role and responsibilities of a banking administrator, Types of banks and banking services, Banking regulations and compliance, Ethics and professional conduct, Overview of banking products.

Module 2: Branch Operations and Management: Branch setup and layout planning, Daily branch operations and workflow, Cash management and teller operations, Customer service management, Compliance with internal controls, Handling complaints and conflict resolution.

Module 3: Account Management and Documentation: Account opening procedures and KYC norms, Types of accounts and their features, Documentation and record keeping, Account maintenance and closure processes, Regulatory requirements for accounts, Data privacy and security.

Module 4: Loan Processing and Credit Administration: Loan products overview, Loan application and documentation, Credit appraisal basics, Loan disbursement procedures, Monitoring and recovery, Non-performing assets management.

Module 5: Risk Management and Compliance: Operational risk in banking, Fraud prevention and detection, AML and KYC compliance, Internal audits and controls, Regulatory reporting, Business continuity planning.

Module 6: Technology and Digital Banking: Core banking systems overview, Digital banking channels, Cybersecurity fundamentals, Payment systems and settlement, Automation in banking operations, Trends in banking technology.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
