Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Planning and Program Development: Needs assessment and community analysis, Strategic planning and goal setting, Designing community programs and projects, Resource allocation and budgeting, Partnership building and collaboration, Monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

Module 3: Community Engagement and Communication: Techniques for effective community outreach, Facilitating community meetings and workshops, Conflict resolution and consensus building, Communication strategies and media use, Building trust and rapport with community members, Utilizing feedback for program improvement.

Module 4: Project Management and Implementation: Project lifecycle and management tools, Risk management and problem-solving, Team leadership and motivation, Scheduling and timeline management, Documentation and reporting, Adapting projects to community feedback.

Module 5: Governance and Policy: Understanding local government structures, Policy analysis and advocacy, Legal and regulatory frameworks, Navigating political environments, Promoting community participation in governance, Ethical leadership and accountability.

Module 6: Sustainability and Capacity Building: Building community capacity and leadership, Sustainability planning and resource mobilization, Monitoring long-term impacts, Training and development for community members, Promoting inclusivity and equity, Evaluating and scaling successful initiatives.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
