The course takes learners through the full branding process—from research and strategy to the creation of brand assets and guidelines. Key topics include logo design, color theory, typography systems, visual language, iconography, brand voice, mood boards, and presentation techniques. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Branding and Identity Design: Understanding branding vs brand identity vs logo design, Components of a brand identity system, The role of a brand identity designer in business and marketing, Overview of branding psychology and perception, Importance of consistency across all brand touchpoints, Exploring successful brand identity case studies.

Module 2: Brand Research and Strategy Development: Conducting market, audience, and competitor research, Defining brand vision, mission, values, and positioning, Creating brand personas and target audience profiles, Developing brand tone of voice and storytelling direction, Translating strategy into visual direction and mood boards, Building a brand identity brief for design development.

Module 3: Visual Elements of Brand Identity: Logo design fundamentals and logo systems, Typography selection and hierarchy for brand use, Color theory and creating brand color palettes, Iconography and pattern creation for branding, Using imagery and illustration styles for brand coherence, Building a cohesive visual language across platforms.

Module 4: Designing Brand Identity Systems: Creating full logo variations (primary, secondary, responsive), Developing visual brand elements (submarks, watermarks, brand marks), Designing business stationery (cards, letterheads, envelopes), Social media and digital branding assets, Creating packaging and merchandising mockups, Ensuring brand scalability and cross-platform consistency.

Module 5: Tools, Guidelines, and Professional Presentation: Design tools and software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma), Building a comprehensive brand style guide, File preparation and delivery formats for clients, Creating brand identity presentations and mockups, Legal considerations: trademarks, copyrights, and usage rights, Collaborating with clients and teams during the branding process.

Module 6: Real-World Projects and Portfolio Development: Developing a complete brand identity from brief to delivery, Managing feedback, revisions, and real-time problem-solving, Branding for startups, corporates, events, and personal brands, Case studies: documenting and presenting branding process, Creating a professional brand identity design portfolio, Preparing proposals and pricing for branding clients.

  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
