Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified User Interface (UI) Designer course is designed to train professionals in crafting visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly digital interfaces for websites, applications, and software platforms. The course covers visual design principles, design systems, layout grids, color theory, typography, iconography, component design, and responsive interface design.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to User Interface Design: Definition and Importance of UI Design in Digital Products, Differences Between UI and UX Design, Role and Responsibilities of a UI Designer, Understanding User-Centered and Visual Design Principles, Overview of UI Design Process and Deliverables, Familiarization with Popular UI Design Tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Module 2: Visual Design Fundamentals for UI: Principles of Design: Balance, Contrast, Alignment, Repetition, Proximity, Understanding Color Theory and Creating Color Palettes, Typography Basics and Hierarchy in UI, Iconography and Visual Consistency, Spacing, Grids, and Layouts for Responsive Design, Use of Imagery and Visual Assets in Interface Design.
Module 3: UI Components and Design Systems: Designing Buttons, Forms, Cards, Menus, and Modals, Creating and Using UI Kits and Component Libraries, Introduction to Design Tokens and Atomic Design Principles, Responsive Component Behavior and States (hover, active, disabled), Building and Maintaining Design Systems, Platform Guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
Module 4: UI Design for Web and Mobile: Responsive Design Principles and Media Queries, Designing for Different Devices (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop), Touch Interface Considerations and Mobile-First Design, Accessibility Best Practices in UI Design, Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Consistency, Creating Visual Hierarchies Across Viewports.
Module 5: Prototyping and UI Interactions: Creating Low and High-Fidelity Prototypes, Tools for Interactive Prototyping (Figma, InVision, ProtoPie), Designing Transitions, Animations, and Microinteractions, Simulating Real-Time User Flows and Scenarios, Interactive Design Handoff for Developers, Testing and Iterating on UI Prototypes.
Module 6: UI Portfolio Development and Industry Practices: Creating Case Studies for UI Projects, Structuring and Showcasing a UI Design Portfolio, Collaboration with UX Designers, Developers, and Product Teams, Preparing UI Specifications and Style Guides, Career Paths in UI Design and Freelancing Opportunities, Interview Preparation and UI Design Challenges.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
