Objective: The Certified 3D Animator course is designed to provide comprehensive training in 3D animation, covering the entire production pipeline—from concept art to final rendering. The course aims to develop proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, and Adobe After Effects. Students will learn key concepts in modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, animation principles, and visual storytelling. Emphasis is placed on practical, hands-on projects to build a professional portfolio, preparing graduates for careers in animation, game design, visual effects, and digital media production.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to 3D Animation: History of 3D Animation, Overview of Animation Principles, Types of 3D Animation, Software Tools for 3D Animation, Understanding 3D Animation Pipeline, Basics of Storyboarding and Pre-visualization.

Module 2: 3D Modeling Fundamentals: Introduction to 3D Modeling, Polygonal Modeling Techniques, NURBS and Subdivision Surfaces, Texturing and UV Mapping, Sculpting Basics, Preparing Models for Animation.

Module 3: Rigging and Character Setup: Introduction to Rigging, Creating Skeletons and Joints, Skinning and Weight Painting, Control Rig Creation, Facial Rigging Techniques, Rigging for Mechanical Objects.

Module 4: Animation Techniques: Keyframe Animation Basics, Timing and Spacing Principles, Character Animation, Motion Paths and Constraints, Lip Sync and Facial Animation, Using Animation Layers and Graph Editor.

Module 5: Lighting and Rendering: Types of Lights in 3D, Lighting Techniques for Animation, Shadows and Global Illumination, Introduction to Render Engines, Setting up Render Passes, Optimizing Render Settings.

Module 6: Post-Production and Portfolio Development: Compositing Basics, Adding Visual Effects, Color Correction and Grading, Editing Animated Sequences, Exporting and File Formats, Creating a Professional Portfolio and Demo Reel.0

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
