The course focuses on building competencies in supplier evaluation, risk management, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and strategic supplier relationship management.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Strategic Sourcing: Introduction to Strategic Sourcing, Procurement vs. Strategic Sourcing, Objectives and Benefits of Strategic Sourcing, The 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process, Spend Analysis Basics, Stakeholder Engagement.

Module 2: Category Management and Spend Analysis: Category Segmentation Techniques, Spend Data Collection and Cleansing, Spend Classification and Mapping, Identifying Cost Drivers, Supplier Market Analysis, Opportunity Assessment.

Module 3: Supplier Selection and Evaluation: Supplier Prequalification Criteria, RFI/RFQ/RFP Processes, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Analysis, Supplier Scorecards and KPIs, Risk-Based Supplier Evaluation, Vendor Relationship Assessment.

Module 4: Contracting and Negotiation Strategies: Types of Procurement Contracts, Key Legal and Commercial Clauses, Strategic Negotiation Planning, BATNA and Negotiation Tactics, Collaborative vs. Competitive Negotiation, Contract Lifecycle Management.

Module 5: Risk Management and Compliance: Procurement Risk Identification, Supply Chain Disruptions and Mitigation, Compliance with Regulatory Requirements, Sustainability and ESG in Sourcing, Supplier Audits and Due Diligence, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Policies.

Module 6: Technology, Innovation, and Performance Improvement: E-Sourcing Tools and Platforms, Digital Procurement Trends, Supplier Collaboration Tools, Cost Reduction and Value Engineering, Strategic Sourcing Analytics, Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
