Objective: The Certified Digital Supply Chain Specialist course is designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills to transform traditional supply chains into digitally connected ecosystems. The course covers digital technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, blockchain, cloud computing, big data analytics, and digital twins, and how these are applied to supply chain functions like procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand forecasting, and customer fulfillment.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Digital Supply Chain Concepts and Transformation: Definition and evolution of digital supply chains, Key differences between traditional and digital supply chains, Components and architecture of a digital supply chain ecosystem, Role of a Digital Supply Chain Specialist in modern enterprises, Drivers of digital transformation: customer expectations, speed, agility, Industry 4.0 and digitalization trends shaping global supply chains.
Module 2: Core Technologies Enabling Digital Supply Chains: Overview of enabling technologies: IoT, AI/ML, blockchain, cloud computing, Role of ERP, WMS, TMS, and SCM platforms in digital operations, Application of robotics and automation in supply chain workflows, Real-time visibility and tracking systems using GPS and RFID, Digital twins and simulation for supply chain optimization, Integration and interoperability of systems via APIs and EDI.
Module 3: Data-Driven Decision Making and Predictive Analytics: Data sources across the supply chain and importance of data governance, Descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics for logistics and procurement, Demand forecasting and inventory optimization using AI and ML, KPI monitoring and dashboard creation for supply chain performance, Tools and platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Python (intro), Big data architecture in supply chain analytics.
Module 4: Digital Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Collaboration: E-procurement tools and digital sourcing strategies, Supplier portals, contract lifecycle management, and automation, Risk analysis and supplier performance evaluation using data, Blockchain in procurement for traceability and authenticity, Collaborative planning and vendor integration via digital platforms, Compliance, ethics, and transparency in digital procurement systems.
Module 5: Intelligent Logistics, Distribution, and Customer Fulfillment: Digitally enabled logistics: route planning, dynamic scheduling, freight automation, Real-time inventory visibility and demand-driven distribution models, Use of drones, autonomous vehicles, and smart lockers in last-mile delivery, Customer fulfillment systems: OMS, CRM, and reverse logistics integration, Cold chain and sensitive goods monitoring with IoT and blockchain, Sustainable and green logistics enabled by digital intelligence.
Module 6: Strategy, Implementation, and Future Trends in Digital Supply Chains: Roadmap for digital supply chain transformation and maturity models, Change management and workforce upskilling for digital readiness, Risk management and cybersecurity in digital environments, Evaluating ROI and impact of digital supply chain initiatives, Future trends: hyperautomation, edge computing, circular supply chains, Capstone project: design a digital supply chain strategy for a chosen industry.
