Objective: The objective of the Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Instructor course is to equip individuals with comprehensive knowledge, practical skills, and experiential understanding necessary to teach MBSR programs professionally and effectively. This course integrates the theoretical foundations of mindfulness, neuroscience, stress physiology, and contemplative traditions with hands-on training in meditation, mindful movement, and group facilitation techniques.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
