Objective: The Certified Sleep Wellness Yoga Coach course aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the science of sleep, its importance for overall health, and the therapeutic role yoga can play in improving sleep quality. This program provides in-depth training on various yoga techniques—including asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation methods—specifically designed to address sleep disorders such as insomnia, anxiety-related sleep issues, and restless sleep. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Sleep and Wellness: Introduction to Sleep Science, Importance of Sleep for Health, Sleep Cycles and Stages, Common Sleep Disorders, Role of Lifestyle in Sleep Quality, Overview of Yoga and Sleep Wellness.

Module 2: Anatomy and Physiology Related to Sleep: Nervous System and Sleep Regulation, Endocrine System and Hormones Affecting Sleep, Respiratory System and Breathing Patterns, Musculoskeletal System and Relaxation, Brain Functions During Sleep, Effects of Poor Sleep on Body Systems.

Module 3: Yoga Principles and Techniques for Sleep Improvement: Yoga Philosophy Related to Sleep, Pranayama for Relaxation and Sleep, Gentle Asanas to Promote Sleep, Meditation and Mindfulness Practices, Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest, Creating a Sleep-friendly Yoga Routine.
