Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Healthcare Quality Management Fundamentals: Quality improvement concepts, Patient safety principles, Healthcare quality frameworks, Regulatory and accreditation standards, Roles and responsibilities of healthcare quality professionals, Data sources for quality measurement.

Module 2: Performance and Process Improvement: Process mapping and flowcharting, Root cause analysis, Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), Benchmarking and best practices.

Module 3: Data Management and Analytics: Types of healthcare data, Data collection methods, Data validation and reliability, Statistical process control, Interpretation of quality indicators, Reporting and visualization techniques.

Module 4: Healthcare Quality Leadership and Strategic Planning: Leadership roles in quality management, Change management strategies, Strategic planning processes, Stakeholder engagement, Building a culture of safety, Communication and team collaboration.

Module 5: Patient Safety and Risk Management: Identifying patient safety risks, Incident reporting systems, Risk assessment tools, Root cause analysis in patient safety, Regulatory requirements for safety, Patient safety culture surveys.

Module 6: Healthcare Quality Regulations and Ethics: Healthcare laws and regulations, Accreditation bodies and standards, Ethical issues in quality management, Confidentiality and privacy (HIPAA), Compliance and audit processes, Continuous professional development in healthcare quality.
