The course aims to build competencies in budgeting, resource management, risk assessment, contract handling, and coordination across multiple project stakeholders.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Construction Project Management: Role and responsibilities of a construction project manager, Project lifecycle and phases, Types of construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure), Stakeholder identification and engagement, Overview of project constraints (scope, time, cost), Introduction to PM tools and software.

Module 2: Project Planning and Scheduling: Project scope definition and work breakdown structure (WBS), Preparing project timelines and schedules, Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt charts, Resource planning and allocation, Project milestones and deliverables, Monitoring and tracking progress.

Module 3: Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Types of estimates (preliminary, detailed, revised), Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Material, labor, and equipment cost estimation, Budget preparation and cost control techniques, Cash flow management, Variance analysis and cost reporting.

Module 4: Contract Management and Procurement: Types of construction contracts (lump sum, item rate, turnkey), Tendering and bidding process, Vendor and subcontractor management, Contract clauses and risk allocation, Change orders and claim management, Legal compliance and documentation.

Module 5: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE): Implementing quality assurance and control plans, Safety regulations and accident prevention strategies, Environmental management practices on site, Conducting audits and inspections, HSE documentation and reporting, Promoting a culture of safety and quality.

Module 6: Communication, Leadership, and Project Closure: Effective communication with project teams and clients, Leadership and conflict resolution skills, Reporting tools (DPRs, MIS reports, dashboards), Final inspections and project handover process, Lessons learned and post-project evaluation, Professional ethics and continuous improvement.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
