Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Psychology and Human Behavior: Definition and scope of psychology, Branches and applications of psychology, Key psychological concepts (sensation, perception, emotion, motivation), Stages of human development (lifespan approach), Nature vs nurture debate, Role of psychologists in society.

Module 2: Theories of Personality and Intelligence: Major personality theories (Freud, Jung, Adler, Rogers), Trait and type approaches to personality, Assessment tools for personality evaluation, Theories of intelligence (Gardner, Sternberg, Spearman), IQ testing and interpretation, Factors affecting personality and intelligence.

Module 3: Psychological Disorders and Diagnosis: Classification of mental disorders (DSM-5/ICD-10), Anxiety, mood, and personality disorders, Psychotic and neurodevelopmental disorders, Substance abuse and eating disorders, Signs, symptoms, and diagnosis techniques, Stigma and myths related to mental illness.

Module 4: Psychotherapy and Counseling Techniques: Types of psychotherapy (CBT, psychoanalysis, REBT, humanistic), Process of counseling and therapeutic relationship, Techniques for behavior modification, Crisis intervention and trauma counseling, Ethics in therapy and confidentiality, Dealing with special populations (children, elderly, addicts).

Module 5: Psychological Testing and Assessment: Principles of psychological testing, Standardized intelligence and aptitude tests, Personality and interest inventories, Projective techniques (TAT, Rorschach), Administration, scoring, and interpretation, Report writing and feedback delivery.

Module 6: Applied Psychology and Research Methods: Application of psychology in health, education, workplace, and sports, Basics of psychological research and data collection, Quantitative and qualitative methods, Sampling and hypothesis testing, Research ethics and publication norms, Use of statistics in psychological studies.
